Bug: When you choose the MND restart, your IFF is D16

Reproduction Steps:

Make new character
Restart as MND
Spawn in
Change IFF to MND
States "Your current IFF: Detachment 16"

Additional Information: I hope I didnt butcher what I tried to say here
