[Ships/FX] Akhetaten Cloak FX not centered

Bug: Akhetaten Cloak FX isn't centered

Not really something that can be reproduced. With a regular Mk2Adv cloak that goes on an Akhe you don't really notice it since the cloak effect is 3-4x bigger than the ship itself, but using the unique Osiris cloak effect on the Akhetaten you can clearly see that the effect is not centered on the ship.

I assume this is because the effect centers itself around the CM slot which by itself isn't centered. The solution likely isn't as simple as moving the CM slot because that makes all Akhes in the game that actually use a CM and not a cloak unable to use the CM. Maybe some kind of magic can be figured out to move the effect itself to be sourced in the ship's top center (fire control compartment?) or my own Akhe which is the only one that uses this effect ingame right now can be tweaked to have a more centered CM for this to work.

Hopefully it's a simple enough fix to go live with whatever next hotfix is coming.

EDIT: Upon further investigation, the Akhetaten seems to have a bunch of hardpoints (HpSpecialEquipment01 through 08) which are all dead center mass of the ship. Surely the cloak effect can be edited to originate from one of those hardpoints instead of the CM slot which is clearly not working for this.
