CORONADO SEARCH OPERATION - 06/09/835

On September 6, the 341st Wing too part in an operation to search for the lost IMG cruiser “Cuba” in the Coronado system. The meeting was held in orbit around the planet Pecos, where further actions were discussed. In addition to our agents, there were also many other people seeking to find the missing ship and, if possible, rescue the surviving crew members.

Our first target was the Barrier Rim area. The only thing that was found were fragments of a ship, probably belonging to our target. It was likely that the ship could have remained in this area, so I, together with "Tau-4", headed towards the jump hole in Tau-31, located at the other end of the nebula.

Finding no ship or other clues, we left Barrier Rim and began searching for the ship in the open part of the system, and then moved on to the Sierra Vista cloud. Ultimately, it was there, on the outskirts of the nebula, that the Cuba was found. Rescue ships quickly arrived at the scene.

The results of the operation are as follows:
  • The cruiser "Cuba" was found in the Sierra Vista cloud area;
  • The ship was seriously damaged, most of the crew were died, and some of the survivors were seriously injured;
  • A large number of people took part in the operation. They made a huge contribution to finding the ship, evacuating and rescuing the survivors;
  • The 341st Wing successfully escorted the rescue ship to Barrier Gate;
  • The ship probably sustained serious damage as a result of colliding with asteroids due to the aftermath of the EMP explosion from the Jericho.

After escorting the ship with the wounded, we landed at Barrier Gate. The 341st Wing continues to monitor the situation in the system.

[06.09.2025 18:04:21] 34th|Tau-4: Tau-Eleven, report in. Tau-Four to Melusine, systems on-line, ready for service. Over.
[06.09.2025 18:04:47] 34th|Tau-11: Tau-eleven report in. Over.
[06.09.2025 18:04:48] Caliban: Fresh battery recharge post-patch. One more test run to make sure I don't implode in space.
[06.09.2025 18:05:16] 34th|Tau-4: On your wing Melusine.
[06.09.2025 18:06:13] 34th|Melusine: I ffink if we happen to cross our paths away from Gate you may have some "tests". Au revoir for now, anyways.
[06.09.2025 18:06:34] Caliban: I'd rather not, but whatever.
[06.09.2025 18:06:53] 34th|Melusine: Can't agree more.
[06.09.2025 18:09:07] [Staff]Stellar-Viss: Pecos comms: This is Arwyn Griphiud of the IMG. Glad to see that we aren't alone here.
[06.09.2025 18:09:18] );--Misconfig: C: So uh, are y'all here for the whole pan and scan for that big guild vessel?
[06.09.2025 18:09:19] Bessie-"Bison"-Bishop: Drawn a heck of a crowd...
[06.09.2025 18:09:25] A/)-Revenant: Hail, Griphiud.
[06.09.2025 18:09:36] A/)-Revenant: I couldn't help but overhear your distress call, were there any other missing persons?
[06.09.2025 18:09:39] );--Misconfig: C: Ayy, there big shot adminperson
[06.09.2025 18:09:45] 34th|Melusine: Seems like a fair bunch of people are up for lending a helping hand.
[06.09.2025 18:09:49] 34th|Melusine: Greetings.
[06.09.2025 18:10:00] );--Misconfig: C: Suhhh
[06.09.2025 18:10:03] Bessie-"Bison"-Bishop: Hrmm.... Order ships... howdy...
[06.09.2025 18:10:04] *L|GLT-Luanco: McClear: Hail, Order vessels.
[06.09.2025 18:10:25] [Staff]Stellar-Viss: Pecos comms: We managed to find most of ours members but the Cuba is still missing.
[06.09.2025 18:10:28] 34th|Tau-4: Tau-Eleven to Arwyn Grphuid, we've got communications about lost IMG ship, have some patrols to deal with here so will-
[06.09.2025 18:10:32] 34th|Tau-4: participate if you won't mind.
[06.09.2025 18:10:57] A/)-Revenant: Do you have any last known patrol paths it was assigned to?
[06.09.2025 18:11:03] 34th|Tau-11: Alright, im ready.
[06.09.2025 18:11:06] [Staff]Stellar-Viss: AG: I don't mind the more the better.
[06.09.2025 18:11:15] A/)-Revenant: And when they last had contact? If it's been a while, they may have drifted off course.
[06.09.2025 18:11:38] [Staff]Stellar-Viss: AG: So yea the Cuba was going towards Baffin and we lost comms while it was going there.
[06.09.2025 18:11:45] Bessie-"Bison"-Bishop: From what I recall on the reports I think the last time anyone saw the ship it was approaching the Baffin access corridor.
[06.09.2025 18:12:04] A/)-Revenant: Do you have any other Guildsmen who are going to join the search?
[06.09.2025 18:12:25] A/)-Revenant: The vessel will probably be attracted to local gravity wells, so there's a good chance it drifted towards the nearest body.
[06.09.2025 18:12:27] );--Misconfig: C: Ah shiii, that hole got mangled pretty bad by the shockwave
[06.09.2025 18:12:44] [Staff]Stellar-Viss: AG: I do not know about other guild ships.
[06.09.2025 18:16:03] *L|GLT-Luanco: McClear: Helm, you've got the marker.
[06.09.2025 18:16:03] A/)-Revenant: So it is possible they were slung towards Baja... Oh dear.
[06.09.2025 18:16:06] *L|GLT-Luanco: McClear: Move out.
[06.09.2025 18:16:07] A/)-Revenant: If the DSE got them...
[06.09.2025 18:16:07] Bessie-"Bison"-Bishop: Fuckin mess down there...
[06.09.2025 18:16:16] );--Misconfig: C: Blasted out towards the Rim huh.
[06.09.2025 18:16:53] 34th|Tau-4: Wasn't Baffin Jump Hole supposed to be at same location where's Tau-31 Jump Hole now?
[06.09.2025 18:17:14] 34th|Tau-4: We can check there.
[06.09.2025 18:17:31] 34th|Tau-4 is rallying you to their position.
[06.09.2025 18:17:56] 34th|Melusine: "We can scatteour around, look for some clues."
[06.09.2025 18:17:57] [Staff]Stellar-Viss: AG: I recomend you start scaning arround here.
[06.09.2025 18:18:14] 34th|Tau-4: Let me and Tau-11 see Tau-31 Jump Hole, the rest is on you.
[06.09.2025 18:18:28] 34th|Melusine: "Affirmative."
[06.09.2025 18:18:31] 34th|Tau-11: Understood.
[06.09.2025 18:19:42] 34th|Tau-4: Theoretically, Baffin Jump Hole was just changed and now it's leading to Tau-31, which is connected to that IMG-incident.
[06.09.2025 18:20:06] [Staff]Stellar-Viss: AG: Looks like some debries were found near the Gate.
[06.09.2025 18:20:47] 34th|Melusine: Those are related to Cuba, I assume?
[06.09.2025 18:21:05] 34th|Tau-4: Nein, there's nothing. I'll wait for Eleven and we'll move somewhere else.
[06.09.2025 18:21:09] [Staff]Stellar-Viss: AG: Looks like a part of the ship.
[06.09.2025 18:21:45] 34th|Tau-4: Also, there's Nomad Jump Gates somewhere in Barrier Rim, you could check them too. We'll see the comet.
[06.09.2025 18:22:36] [Staff]Stellar-Viss: *You can see a few parts of the ship fooating near the gate site*
[06.09.2025 18:22:48] [Staff]Stellar-Viss: *It would be proudent to scan it.*
[06.09.2025 18:23:48] 34th|Tau-4: Comet is clean, did you get anything Melusine?
[06.09.2025 18:25:16] A/)-Leviathan: [Leviathan links up his fighter's sensors with the provided frequency.]
[06.09.2025 18:25:18] A/)-Leviathan: All set.
[06.09.2025 18:25:23] 34th|Melusine: "Not yet."
[06.09.2025 18:25:29] 34th|Tau-4: Understood.
[06.09.2025 18:25:32] [Staff]Stellar-Viss: *From the looks of it this part is split off from the rest of the ship.*
[06.09.2025 18:26:22] 34th|Tau-4: We have more fuel so can look around Melusine. I'll keep scouting with Tau-Eleven, Kfir will cover you, just in case.
[06.09.2025 18:26:26] [Staff]Stellar-Viss: *The part looks ripped out as if it was pulled away from the ship.*
[06.09.2025 18:26:43] );--Misconfig: C: Y'all done cooking, or should I phone home and get the whole network involved?
[06.09.2025 18:28:13] 34th|Tau-4: It's looks like he was jumped out of the hyperspace right in time when EMP-pulse happened.
[06.09.2025 18:29:11] 34th|Tau-4: Any scans saying something about weapon damage?
[06.09.2025 18:31:06] );--Misconfig: C: Suit yaself, I'm just kinda skulking around givin' out hunches too
[06.09.2025 18:31:51] );--Misconfig: C: Oi, techie nerds, where ya going
[06.09.2025 18:32:01] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: *nods, then leaves the transmission for a while to prep the OR and shock room, just in case*
[06.09.2025 18:33:31] 34th|Melusine: Of course zey didn't.
[06.09.2025 18:33:33] 34th|Tau-4: Nein, nothing around that structure. How about you Melusine?
[06.09.2025 18:33:37] );--Misconfig: C: Fuck it, we'll run our own scans then.
[06.09.2025 18:33:51] 34th|Melusine: Noffing on my end.
[06.09.2025 18:34:16] );--Misconfig: C: The Insidious is close, we can hook up to the Spyglass network
[06.09.2025 18:34:42] 34th|Tau-4: Good to know. Will you jump in our party?
[06.09.2025 18:34:53] );--Misconfig: C: Sure why not
[06.09.2025 18:35:39] 34th|Tau-4: If there's no one, we could leave that place and regroup at Barrier Gate.
[06.09.2025 18:36:29] );--Misconfig: C: We got some ship pieces near here, just waitin' for the scan results.
[06.09.2025 18:36:39] );--Misconfig: C: If y'all got other leads go for 'em
[06.09.2025 18:36:41] 34th|Tau-4: Melusine, Misconfig, we'll keep scouting around, call us if you'll find any leads.
[06.09.2025 18:37:10] 34th|Melusine: I wish we had. [She lets out a sigh] I'll stay here in case of... Cases.
[06.09.2025 18:42:48] 34th|Tau-4: Caminha Comet is still show nothing, we'll check Baja's orbit and then move to Sierra Vista.

[06.09.2025 18:47:53] Bessie-"Bison"-Bishop: *taking a long drag of her cigarette* ... yup.
[06.09.2025 18:47:54] A/)-Revenant: Ugh. Scanning the body itself. Adjusting sensors.

[06.09.2025 18:48:01] 34th|Tau-4: Melusine, I found it.
[06.09.2025 18:48:03] A/)-Revenant: YOU tried to access it at the same time too. That didn't help!

[06.09.2025 18:48:08] 34th|Tau-4: Well, not it, but still.

[06.09.2025 18:48:37] 34th|Melusine: "On my way, Eleven."
[06.09.2025 18:48:38] 34th|Tau-4: So, there's beacon near Sierra Vesta.
[06.09.2025 18:48:45] A/)-Revenant: [The ship goes in to do a low level scan, looking for any traces of particles, such as copper dust, on the ship]
[06.09.2025 18:48:53] Caliban: Yeah, I'm such a baller hacker that I hack shit with my FOOT KEYBOARD.
[06.09.2025 18:49:13] Rex.M: R: I mean I won't judge you for your Cockpit Setup.
[06.09.2025 18:49:18] Caliban: Clearly I'm putting the L.H to shame with this skillset.
[06.09.2025 18:49:31] 34th|Melusine: "Fourth, I mean. Merde, was it zat hard to just stick to names or callsigns?"
[06.09.2025 18:49:38] A/)-Revenant: If somebody can crack something with their nose, you can do it with your feet and knees.

[06.09.2025 18:50:42] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: Nothing new here. It's a mining support drone after all.
[06.09.2025 18:50:56] A/)-Revenant: A mining drone inside of a sensor drone?
[06.09.2025 18:51:07] A/)-Revenant: Fascinating, but there seems to be no trace of anything upon the hull itself.

[06.09.2025 19:02:26] 34th|Tau-4: Can I use deduction? If two beacons are pointing in a specific direction, then it's obviously worth flying further, right?
[06.09.2025 19:02:36] Caliban: Or maybe they're not.
[06.09.2025 19:02:39] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: One could last a while there in an EVA suit with a few tanks of oxygen ...

[06.09.2025 19:18:10] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Damage reports have returned, towing the Cuba home will be impossible until the crew is pulled out. High probability of
[06.09.2025 19:18:13] A/)-Revenant: How's your powercore? Is it completely destroyed by asteroid impact?
[06.09.2025 19:18:13] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: column seperation.
[06.09.2025 19:18:36] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: We'll have to send someone in there to pull them out before the Cuba can be towed.

[06.09.2025 19:18:52] *L|GLT-Luanco: McClear: I have teams on stand-by.

[06.09.2025 19:19:27] A/)-Revenant: You have no access to the pods?.
[06.09.2025 19:19:38] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Negative, escape pods are non-functioning.
[06.09.2025 19:19:39] 34th|Tau-4 is rallying you to their position.
[06.09.2025 19:19:56] IMG|GPV-Cuba: RO: I have no idea. The intercomm-link is gone.
[06.09.2025 19:20:08] A/)-Revenant: We may be able to get the Corvo to create a sealant for escape so you don't depressurise.
[06.09.2025 19:20:39] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Radio officer, do you know if the crew in the docking bay went in there with proper exposure equipment?
[06.09.2025 19:20:59] Caliban: How crazy would it be if I tried to juice up their ship somehow?
[06.09.2025 19:21:03] A/)-Revenant: Don't do that.
[06.09.2025 19:21:08] A/)-Strider: <:: "If the hold depressurizes but the crew are saved, you could still salvage it." ::>
[06.09.2025 19:21:10] Caliban: But what if I did?
[06.09.2025 19:21:11] A/)-Revenant: Absolutely do not do that when they have destroyed cells.
[06.09.2025 19:21:20] A/)-Revenant: You'll probably kill the last of their power, and their atmospherics.
[06.09.2025 19:21:29] IMG|GPV-Cuba: RO: I think that they didn't.
[06.09.2025 19:21:30] Caliban: But what if it worked?
[06.09.2025 19:21:37] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: The damage to the ship is immense. We cannot risk a junction overloading and starting a fire across the ship.
[06.09.2025 19:21:49] A/)-Revenant: What if you're an idiot who's going to get people killed because you're uneducated and utterly deranged?
[06.09.2025 19:22:04] Caliban: What if I'm not? Alright, alright. I'll stop.
[06.09.2025 19:22:06] IMG|GPV-Cuba: RO: I am pulling power from this cabins life support.
[06.09.2025 19:22:07] A/)-Revenant: What purpose would it serve to overclock a system, that is already destroyed, with faults?
[06.09.2025 19:22:13] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Piss on each other later.
[06.09.2025 19:22:22] Exception: Skippy: Either way, we have anough space to take all their crew and then some, if there is a way to get them over
[06.09.2025 19:22:24] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Bloody children.
[06.09.2025 19:22:37] A/)-Revenant: We'll need to set up an escape ferry. Do your hangars have two layer airlocks?
[06.09.2025 19:22:58] A/)-Revenant: Or was the decompression chamber destroyed by the asteroids?
[06.09.2025 19:23:24] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: The Cuba has two-way airlocks, yes.
[06.09.2025 19:23:32] IMG|GPV-Cuba: RO: Once again I have no info. I don't work on that part.
[06.09.2025 19:23:44] A/)-Revenant: The panels -- the door, can you physically see it?
[06.09.2025 19:24:03] 34th|Tau-3: Greetings, quite a huge company here.
[06.09.2025 19:24:16] IMG|GPV-Cuba: RO: I am in the front of the ship no idea about the back of it.
[06.09.2025 19:24:28] 34th|Tau-4: Guten Tag Tau-Three, glad to see you there.
[06.09.2025 19:24:55] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Refer to me, Revenant. I have the full sensor sweep. I doubt the radio officer knows any more than the crew trapped in the bay.
[06.09.2025 19:25:38] A/)-Revenant: I presume accessing the door overrides is out of the question then.
[06.09.2025 19:25:47] 34th|Tau-4: Cuba, was about away from anything of all. Is anyone on the bridge?
[06.09.2025 19:26:04] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Give me room, I need access to the left side of the Cuba.
[06.09.2025 19:26:11] IMG|GPV-Cuba: RO: I hope the capitan is well.
[06.09.2025 19:26:18] A/)-Revenant: Mmhm. Not much we can do here without an extraction team.
[06.09.2025 19:26:28] Exception: Skippy: docking bays ready, grappling hooks ready. Standing by for moor command
[06.09.2025 19:26:48] A/)-Revenant: Too many compromised sections with no atmospherics, too much faulty equipment.
[06.09.2025 19:26:57] A/)-Revenant: I'll send out word to other Guildmembers to come over to assist.
[06.09.2025 19:27:09] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Let me run another scan to be absolute certain of structural integrity.
[06.09.2025 19:27:15] 34th|Tau-4: If it's about hull - someone can just transfer some nanobots onboard. It's a gel, daily remind, so captain could use them-
[06.09.2025 19:27:28] 34th|Tau-4: for some repairs in places where crew can pass.
[06.09.2025 19:27:31] Caliban: I don't think nanobots do the trick here.
[06.09.2025 19:27:37] A/)-Revenant: Even if you seal the compromised leak, the atmos is still lacking.
[06.09.2025 19:27:39] Caliban: Hull that thick? You'd need an awful lot of those.
[06.09.2025 19:27:56] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: [The Hegemon performs another deep sensor sweep, before its right arm moves to grab onto the Cuba's only remaining
[06.09.2025 19:28:03] IMG|GPV-Cuba: RO: I am not on the bridge.
[06.09.2025 19:28:04] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: left wing, clamping down and slowly dragging it closer]
[06.09.2025 19:28:19] 34th|Tau-4: You've got several large ships here, and no one is seriously going to provide the necessary amount?
[06.09.2025 19:28:22] 34th|Melusine: Zere's awful lot of us, to be fair. But oui, the atmo's still missing.
[06.09.2025 19:28:34] Caliban: I don't hear anyone here offering.
[06.09.2025 19:28:41] *L|GLT-Luanco: McClear: We'll gladly offer our stockpile.
[06.09.2025 19:28:51] A/)-Revenant: I think the medical ship and those three can handle it.
[06.09.2025 19:28:56] 34th|Tau-4: Oh, look, there's some moves about it now.
[06.09.2025 19:29:00] A/)-Revenant: Can't create emergency sealants from these tiny things.
[06.09.2025 19:29:06] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Port mooring bulk in tact, extending umbilical.
[06.09.2025 19:29:07] A/)-Revenant: Whatever the case, I'll pass on the message.
[06.09.2025 19:29:08] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: [Watching the mechanical acrobatics while still smoking his cigar]
[06.09.2025 19:29:12] A/)-Revenant: Good luck.
[06.09.2025 19:29:21] A/)-Revenant: PS, don't let Caliban interface with the ship.
[06.09.2025 19:29:23] IMG|GPV-Cuba: [The Cuba manages to stay in one piece as it moors to Stellar.]
[06.09.2025 19:29:28] Caliban: Fuck off.
[06.09.2025 19:29:31] A/)-Revenant: Dirty boy.
[06.09.2025 19:29:39] Caliban: You'd like it, wouldn't you.
[06.09.2025 19:29:46] A/)-Revenant: Nope.
[06.09.2025 19:29:47] *L|GLT-Luanco: McClear: [sigh]
[06.09.2025 19:30:32] *L|GLT-Luanco: McClear: I have people checking our EV stocks. I should have some in reserve we can provide to get people out without risking-
[06.09.2025 19:30:35] *L|GLT-Luanco: -vacuum.
[06.09.2025 19:30:37] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Sending across cutter rigs and recovery teams. Our supplies are diminished from S&R in the rest of the system.
[06.09.2025 19:30:45] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: MFE vessel can you moor with my ship's left side?
[06.09.2025 19:30:58] 34th|Tau-4: Yes, I understand. Then patch the hole, restore access to the systems, and only then arrange for air supply. If-
[06.09.2025 19:31:00] 34th|Tau-4: it's possible.
[06.09.2025 19:31:01] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: Roger that.
[06.09.2025 19:31:25] 34th|Tau-4: If you need a detailed inspection of the ship, dock and board it in spacesuits.
[06.09.2025 19:31:49] Exception: Do you need any additional supplies? If we can be of use somehow, I guess now would be the time
[06.09.2025 19:31:57] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: In position.
[06.09.2025 19:33:22] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: Standing by, Stellar Consequence.
[06.09.2025 19:34:02] 34th|Tau-4: If the bridge is closed and you need access to it anyway, take a welding machine.
[06.09.2025 19:34:11] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Our port mooring arm is ready for you, MFE. If you can send your medical team onto the Connsequence to receive the Cuba's
[06.09.2025 19:34:16] 34th|Tau-4: Time for obvious advice.
[06.09.2025 19:34:17] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: wounded when we pull them out that would be appreciated.
[06.09.2025 19:35:10] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: I suppose Albert would like a list of all the people that showed up to help today.
[06.09.2025 19:36:00] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: Roger that, three medical teams and two support teams are on their way as we speak. They just need a bay to set up.
[06.09.2025 19:37:03] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: There is a medical bay near the our starboard moor where we'll receive the crew. Set up there.
[06.09.2025 19:37:20] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Now we wait for the recovery crew's report.
[06.09.2025 19:38:01] 34th|Tau-4: Is Technocracy just gone?
[06.09.2025 19:38:03] 34th|Tau-4: Huh.
[06.09.2025 19:38:08] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: Copy, SC. The teams will be ready in about...seven minutes for the first patients.
[06.09.2025 19:38:19] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Understood.
[06.09.2025 19:40:11] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: There's signs a firefight took place on board the vessel..
[06.09.2025 19:40:28] (=)"C:S": That doesn't sound good at all.
[06.09.2025 19:40:40] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: That can't be right. Maybe they thought they were being boarded when the asteroid struck ?
[06.09.2025 19:40:50] *L|GLT-Luanco: McClear: Maybe..?
[06.09.2025 19:41:07] Exception: since it seems we aren't needed exactly here, unless someone objects, we will fly around and check the perimeter
[06.09.2025 19:41:17] Exception: any objections?
[06.09.2025 19:41:45] 34th|Tau-4: We'll provide escort to IMG and MFE on their route back when they'll done here.
[06.09.2025 19:42:02] 34th|Tau-4: If something goes wrong - I'll send a call. Or Misconfig will do that. We'll see.
[06.09.2025 19:42:02] Exception: Good to know, thanks.
[06.09.2025 19:42:10] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: [Over mobile voice comm, Goeben cuts in] Alright, we are ready to see the patients. You can start sending them in the medbay.
[06.09.2025 19:42:34] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Two incoming to med bay, doubt they're alive.
[06.09.2025 19:42:42] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: DSE uniforms found dead on board.
[06.09.2025 19:42:54] Exception: We'll keep an eye out.
[06.09.2025 19:43:00] *L|GLT-Luanco: McClear: DSE?
[06.09.2025 19:43:18] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Seems they took the storm as an opportunity to board the Cuba.
[06.09.2025 19:43:39] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: Pirates often use captured or stolen uniforms to hide their true colors
[06.09.2025 19:43:47] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: Doesn't mean they were DSE at all
[06.09.2025 19:43:50] Exception: S: Course set, proceeding to first waypoint.
[06.09.2025 19:43:52] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: Roger. Mobile ICU is online, the category blue will be transferred to the Corvo.
[06.09.2025 19:44:04] Caliban: Is it so hard to believe DSE had it in for that particular IMG ship for some time?
[06.09.2025 19:44:26] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Doesn't matter, we'll vaporize any stragglers regardless of who they work for.
[06.09.2025 19:45:44] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: This is all looking rather grim.
[06.09.2025 19:45:48] (=)"C:S": Is anyone onboard able to check weapon-system logs...?
[06.09.2025 19:46:30] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: Typical Rheinlander. Always thinking about guns first.
[06.09.2025 19:46:50] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: We'll do ship diagnostics after we pull the crew out.. or whatever's left of them.
[06.09.2025 19:46:59] IMG|GPV-Cuba: RO: This is all news to me.
[06.09.2025 19:47:08] 34th|Tau-4: They have to get on bridge for that but previous reports saying about asteroid impacts.
[06.09.2025 19:47:12] IMG|GPV-Cuba: RO: I have no idea what is going on there.
[06.09.2025 19:47:26] 34th|Tau-4: No idea, why no one even tried to run scanning process of ship hull.
[06.09.2025 19:47:29] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: SC command, update on patients: One female is confirmed dead, the male is unstable and transferred to the Corvo.
[06.09.2025 19:47:30] 34th|Tau-4: Let me be the first one.
[06.09.2025 19:47:52] (=)"C:S": Thats the first line of defense... If raiders got onboard, theres usually a firefight that comes before outside the ship.
[06.09.2025 19:48:17] 34th|Tau-4: [Tau-4 directs the ship to Cuba and scans the hull for damage type]
[06.09.2025 19:48:18] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: Their power might have been out because of the asteroid impact
[06.09.2025 19:48:40] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: And the raiders might have though it was abandoned for some reason
[06.09.2025 19:48:52] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: This nebula is dense and unstable, scanners don't always work
[06.09.2025 19:48:52] 34th|Melusine: We'll know now, I assume.
[06.09.2025 19:48:57] (=)"C:S": Thats true, considering how dense and sizable this field is, I imagine even fire controls must have been too damaged to respond
[06.09.2025 19:49:00] IMG|GPV-Cuba: *The hull of the ship shows No signs of weapon damage*
[06.09.2025 19:49:01] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: Especially salvaged ones
[06.09.2025 19:49:08] 34th|Tau-4: Nein, not weapons.
[06.09.2025 19:49:12] 34th|Tau-4: It's really asteroids.
[06.09.2025 19:49:30] 34th|Tau-4: Which I found surprising, honestly, which speed IMG vessel shall have to make asteroids such destructive.
[06.09.2025 19:49:46] (=)"C:S": That pulse really did hit far and wide.
[06.09.2025 19:49:54] 34th|Tau-4: I mean, mining ships have protection against that.
[06.09.2025 19:50:04] 34th|Tau-4: Because... They're mining ships.
[06.09.2025 19:50:08] 34th|Tau-4: Obvious facts, ja.
[06.09.2025 19:50:12] O>)OCS_Kuga: S: Quite the party here.. Should probably relay to command that the situation's under control.
[06.09.2025 19:50:42] IMG|GPV-Cuba: RO: This is not a mining ship. It is a exploration cruiser.
[06.09.2025 19:51:09] 34th|Tau-4: Are you captain of Cuba, right?
[06.09.2025 19:51:17] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: he's the radio officer
[06.09.2025 19:51:22] 34th|Tau-4: Ah, my bad.
[06.09.2025 19:51:25] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: We haven't heard from the captain yet
[06.09.2025 19:51:25] 34th|Tau-4: Where's captain?
[06.09.2025 19:51:27] O>)OCS_Kuga: GPV Cuba, this is the Ouroboros VBSS Cutter Kuga. What is your current situation? Do you need assistance aboard?
[06.09.2025 19:51:36] 34th|Tau-4: Sheicse, I forgot, he's on bridge.
[06.09.2025 19:51:38] 34th|Tau-4: Or somewhere else.
[06.09.2025 19:51:45] (=)"C:S": You'd think that be a hazardous environment specialist ship though? Considering the armour and defensive redundancies it has.
[06.09.2025 19:52:13] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: The Cuba is ultimately non-responsive, the Radio Officer has told us all they could.
[06.09.2025 19:52:15] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: The Taus are not a friendly place. Even exploration cruisers need to be well armored
[06.09.2025 19:52:23] 34th|Tau-4: Wait, wait, wait.
[06.09.2025 19:52:35] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: I have assumed responsibility for the operation.
[06.09.2025 19:52:37] 34th|Tau-4: Is someone asced that crew what actually happened?
[06.09.2025 19:52:52] *L|GLT-Luanco: McClear: Armor doesn't mean much when your guiding thrusters are out and there's 'roids around.

[06.09.2025 19:53:42] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Unlikely.
[06.09.2025 19:53:44] 34th|Melusine: Besides the pulse from Jericho. Wondeour what those DSE uniforms are about.
[06.09.2025 19:53:49] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Recovery teams are sweeping the Cuba as we speak.
[06.09.2025 19:53:57] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: I doubt the crew was aware of the full circumstances. But they can tell us about the events in the docking bays
[06.09.2025 19:54:12] 34th|Tau-4: I mean, someone of Cuba's crew can tell you what happened?
[06.09.2025 19:54:19] O>)OCS_Kuga: Understood Stellar Consequence. If you desire we can board and reinforce the recovery teams.
[06.09.2025 19:54:19] 34th|Melusine: Make sure to ask when people are found and saved..
[06.09.2025 19:55:00] 34th|Tau-4: Do not forget that if it's pirates - they won't care about you or that MFE ship. If you're 'independent' - it doesn't mean-
[06.09.2025 19:55:04] 34th|Tau-4: you cannot be dead.
[06.09.2025 19:55:17] 34th|Tau-4: Some idiots like think such way.
[06.09.2025 19:55:49] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: They really do hire the brightest for Order agents.
[06.09.2025 19:56:10] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: I suggest your keep your weapons off when pointed at me, MFE.

[06.09.2025 19:57:36] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: Well that's a gruesome way to die
[06.09.2025 19:57:49] IMG|GPV-Cuba: RO: What a hell did happen there?
[06.09.2025 19:57:52] Exception: What does the mining rig look like?
[06.09.2025 19:57:54] *L|GLT-Luanco: McClear: Spirits..
[06.09.2025 19:58:11] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: Might have been just the (lack of) gravity
[06.09.2025 19:58:21] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: It appears the Cuba was boarded by both unmarked and DSE marked invaders.
[06.09.2025 19:58:42] O>)OCS_Kuga: DSE, huh.. unsurprising.
[06.09.2025 19:58:54] 34th|Melusine: "I assume I'm not really needed here as of now. Feel free to watch out if the situation becomes... Hot. For whatever reason."

[06.09.2025 19:59:22] 34th|Tau-4: Ja, godspeed, Melusine.
[06.09.2025 19:59:34] O>)OCS_Kuga: We have a few engineers in our boarding team who can assist if needed.
[06.09.2025 19:59:38] 34th|Tau-4: Make sure you'll get to Barrier Gate with no problems, send me a call if something goes wrong.
[06.09.2025 19:59:55] 34th|Tau-4: Reach bridge, Kuga, if your crew can do that.
[06.09.2025 20:00:03] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: My crew also has experience dismantling mining rigs, so we can lend a hand
[06.09.2025 20:00:21] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: You learn all sorts of tricks when trying to get to the salvageable parts ....
[06.09.2025 20:00:24] O>)OCS_Kuga: We're searching for an airlock to latch to close to it.
[06.09.2025 20:00:33] (=)"C:S": I've got food, medical and breaching tools onboard.
[06.09.2025 20:00:41] (=)"C:S": I'll bring what I can phyiscally carry over.
[06.09.2025 20:01:01] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Safety on board the Cuba remains uncomfirmed.
[06.09.2025 20:01:08] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Stand by until such time.
[06.09.2025 20:01:31] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: best way would be through the Corvo. All the hatches on the Cuba are damaged aside the one the Consequence is tethered to
[06.09.2025 20:01:40] O>)OCS_Kuga: We've found an insertion point but EMF sensors show the airlock is unresponsive. We'd need to breach it.
[06.09.2025 20:01:59] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Do not touch the Cuba.
[06.09.2025 20:02:04] *L|GLT-Luanco: McClear: I'd hold off for now.

[06.09.2025 20:02:22] (=)"C:S": Don't get me wrong, but that sounds like a funnelling technique.
[06.09.2025 20:02:47] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: It's a big asteroid field with lots of fragments. And before that the ship was struck by the shockwave of the Jericho blast
[06.09.2025 20:03:08] O>)OCS_Kuga: Ikeda, switch to the Galant's DPR mode, see if we can get any information on what's on the other side of the airlock.
[06.09.2025 20:03:11] O>)OCS_Kuga: I: Yes sir.
[06.09.2025 20:04:26] O>)OCS_Kuga: [The Kuga's onboard radars turn towards the airlock the ship is opposite of, and scans the immediate area inside.]
[06.09.2025 20:05:21] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: Any luck getting the mining rig moved ? We also have industrial metal cutters on board, if needed
[06.09.2025 20:05:28] O>)OCS_Kuga: CO: And yeah, I can agree on that one, CS.
[06.09.2025 20:05:35] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Good lord..
[06.09.2025 20:05:44] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: Could probably saw that thing into pieces for easy relocation
[06.09.2025 20:06:19] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: The invader trapped in the mining rig's arm ran out of oxygen, they've been here awhile.
[06.09.2025 20:06:38] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: No new bodies, MFE. The crew will continue towards the bays.

[06.09.2025 20:09:41] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Minimum of a Sagarmatha is bare minimum one-twenty.. Albert's vessel is modified so it's possible it was a couple hundred souls
[06.09.2025 20:10:00] 34th|Tau-4: And how many you rescued now?
[06.09.2025 20:10:06] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: One.

[06.09.2025 20:32:56] (=)"C:S": As we speak, just a few airlock gantries away...
[06.09.2025 20:33:57] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: [The captain of the SC sighs lazily at the growing complexity of the low patience of the other captains]
[06.09.2025 20:34:04] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Very well, Bundschuh.
[06.09.2025 20:35:09] (=)"C:S": Most excellent, I will be- [He pulls aside one of the canisters, strapping on a few extra med-kits on himself.]
[06.09.2025 20:35:55] (=)"C:S": There in... three minutes... [Suddenly pulling out a short barreled spiker from there too, along with a few magazines of ammo.]
[06.09.2025 20:36:55] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: [The QM gives the visitor a stern look and slowly reaches for his own, still holstered weapon] ...
[06.09.2025 20:37:02] (=)"C:S": I just wish... [A belt of flashbangs.] I had a coffee... [And strapping on lastly a wrist computer.]
[06.09.2025 20:38:20] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: Sir, this does not qualify as humanitarian aid...
[06.09.2025 20:39:10] IMG|GPV-Cuba: RO: I just lost most of the lights in this room, someting going on down there?
[06.09.2025 20:39:13] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: MFE we're about to have several persons boarding the Hegemon, mooring tunnel is pressurized. Are your personnel ready
[06.09.2025 20:39:15] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: to receive?
[06.09.2025 20:39:39] (=)"C:S": [He ensured his spiker was cleared and hadn't even left the magazine in the rifle.] No its not, its part of my religion.
[06.09.2025 20:39:49] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: You lost lights in your room?
[06.09.2025 20:40:47] (=)"C:S": But if it would make you feel better, you can escort me to the Cuba, you have my word, no trouble or malice from me.
[06.09.2025 20:41:07] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: That's probably just from power getting diverted to the environmental systems for re-pressurization.
[06.09.2025 20:41:12] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: [Hans] Roger that, we are ready for more.
[06.09.2025 20:41:57] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: [Gunter to CS] Right...I will come with you then. Lead the way, Mister. I'll be right behind you.
[06.09.2025 20:43:22] (=)"C:S": [CS hastily walked through, asking "Air-lock to the cuba?" occassionally before quickly moving on.]
[06.09.2025 20:47:53] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: Just how large is that docking bay on the Cuba that it takes so much time to go through it?
[06.09.2025 20:48:22] IMG|GPV-Cuba: RO: Large enought to fit two freighters.
[06.09.2025 20:49:11] *L|GLT-Luanco: McClear: Could be a bunch of wreckage to sift through with that much space.
[06.09.2025 20:49:34] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Depressurized tunnels, rooms we can't depressurize or we'll kill the crew, along with the Sagarmartha being one of the largest
[06.09.2025 20:49:37] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: cruisers in sirius.
[06.09.2025 20:49:43] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Do the math, Junker.
[06.09.2025 20:50:06] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: Well I can't do the math, I haven't gone to a bloody university!
[06.09.2025 20:50:26] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: That's..
[06.09.2025 20:50:30] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: fair I guess.
[06.09.2025 20:50:35] IMG|GPV-Cuba: RO: The door to my room just opened? Something must be going on with the ships power?
[06.09.2025 20:51:07] *L|GLT-Luanco: McClear: Fluctuations, perhaps?
[06.09.2025 20:51:18] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Cutter crews are on their way to the powercore and engineering, radio officer. Looks like most of the boarders failed to reach
[06.09.2025 20:51:21] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: deeper parts of the vessel.
[06.09.2025 20:54:45] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: So what exactly did these boarders expect to find on an IMG exploration vessel? Or were they just going for easy salvage?
[06.09.2025 20:54:59] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: Is there a cargo manifest available for the vessel ?
[06.09.2025 20:55:03] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Don't think they expected as much resistance as they found after the storm.
[06.09.2025 20:55:17] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Might've been after the Guildmaster specifically, who knows.
[06.09.2025 20:56:19] IMG|GPV-Cuba: RO: I am gonna go and see if there is anyone near my room.
[06.09.2025 20:59:09] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: [After some heavy rustling] ..-ey, the team got the last patients covered for now. Is there more to be expected?
[06.09.2025 20:59:24] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Uncertain. Will continue our sweep.
[06.09.2025 21:00:30] IMG|GPV-Cuba: RO: [He coughts twice] Empty room nothing worth my time.
[06.09.2025 21:00:35] *L|GLT-Luanco: McClear: MFE, are you maintaining adequate medical stockpiles? We have material in reserve if yours are depleting.
[06.09.2025 21:00:37] (=)"C:S": [Garbled, seems to be within a dampened part of the ship.] Te--'s advi--- Survi- or More...
[06.09.2025 21:02:05] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: We are stocked well on everything, thank you. Should we require more, we will take you up on that offer.
[06.09.2025 21:06:27] IMG|GPV-Cuba: RO: Stellar sitrep on the teams inside?
[06.09.2025 21:06:36] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Six more confirmed dead. Boarders made a last stand in the powercore.
[06.09.2025 21:07:08] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Attempting stabilization of power fluctuations momentarily. Rheinlander seems to have gone dark.
[06.09.2025 21:07:21] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Cutter team one is advancing towards the bays again.
[06.09.2025 21:07:37] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: Captains, situation report. We have three critical patients on the Corvo now. We have to get them to a station or planet asap.
[06.09.2025 21:07:46] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: Hope there aren't any more straggler boarders that went for the Rheinlander
[06.09.2025 21:08:36] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: Well, we could fly them there, but a freighter would get them there faster. Would the Guild offer any reward for it?
[06.09.2025 21:08:50] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Eight confirmed dead IMG crew in the power core. Guildmaster Albert is still unaccounted for.
[06.09.2025 21:09:08] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: My suggestion: I leave my teams with you and you can drop them off at the Gate, should we take longer to reach a medical-
[06.09.2025 21:09:15] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: -facility. Copy?
[06.09.2025 21:09:36] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: We'll return your teams to Barrier Gate if necessary, MFE.
[06.09.2025 21:10:22] IMG|Stellar.Consequence: Contact, firefight in the power core.
[06.09.2025 21:10:28] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: Roger, thank you. This might just safe three lives here. The teams should have enough for any upcoming amount of patients.
[06.09.2025 21:10:53] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: Stay safe, people.
[06.09.2025 21:11:05] *L|GLT-Luanco: McClear: Godspeed.
[06.09.2025 21:11:09] 34th|Tau-4: We'll escort you, Hans. Have to get back on Barrier Gate too.
[06.09.2025 21:11:18] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: Roger.
[06.09.2025 21:11:25] 34th|Tau-4: Other patrol will replace us, you guys can send a call in case of danger.
[06.09.2025 21:11:29] Exception: Anyone needs a shortcut?
[06.09.2025 21:11:55] Ol'Hunk.O'Junk: Technocrats are back it seems
[06.09.2025 21:12:43] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: [After he returns to the bridge, the video feed returns]
[06.09.2025 21:13:06] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: Ah! Finally...[pulls off blood-stained gloves]
[06.09.2025 21:13:46] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: So, let's see if the Gate's medbay are better equipped for these poor souls. We can't treat their wounds on board.
[06.09.2025 21:14:19] 34th|Tau-4: Not in our case, we do not have needed resources. All we can do is provide some money support and bribe station command-
[06.09.2025 21:14:26] 34th|Tau-4: so people inside won't bother you.
[06.09.2025 21:14:51] 34th|Tau-4: Being independent medic doesn't mean they won't kill you.
[06.09.2025 21:14:53] A/)-Revenant: Hmm.
[06.09.2025 21:15:15] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: Ah...well. Even independent medics should honor the oath not to kill.
[06.09.2025 21:15:58] A/)-Revenant: You always seem to making new friends, Doctor.
[06.09.2025 21:16:33] 34th|Tau-4: Okay, we'll dock after you Hans.
[06.09.2025 21:16:42] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: [smirks]What can I say? It's my charm, I guess.
[06.09.2025 21:16:46] A/)-Revenant: Docking too?
[06.09.2025 21:16:48] A/)-Revenant: Without dinner?
[06.09.2025 21:16:49] A/)-Revenant: Tssk.
[06.09.2025 21:16:57] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: Oh me, oh my.
[06.09.2025 21:17:20] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: On a more serious note, we have to get the patients to Barrier's medbay any way. This will take but a moment.
[06.09.2025 21:17:22] [MFE]-Hans.von.Goeben: We already called in.
[06.09.2025 21:17:26] A/)-Revenant: Of course.
[06.09.2025 21:17:58] 34th|Tau-4: Alright, Eleven, Three, after you.
[06.09.2025 21:18:10] 34th|Tau-3: Roger, docking in.
[06.09.2025 21:18:14] Atrie.Vellian: Now, if my memory servers me right. I saw your types in Cortez the other day.
[06.09.2025 21:18:27] Atrie.Vellian: You all didn't really like the Technocracy very much.
[06.09.2025 21:18:34] 34th|Tau-11: Got it. Im docking.
