Your proposal has been discussed and meets our requirements. We may request access to your sensor baffling systems later, but National Intelligence has already been pursuing such technology on its own, though we do not have any plans to implement it onto our ships at this point as it is still untested even in controlled settings. We also have our own engine requirements, and will refit these vessels with engines that meet said requirements in the future, if we find a need to do so. We will send some of our people to pick up these ships from Marseilles if that is acceptable to you. If not, we will gladly pick them up from a more discreet location, but will operate under the assumption that you approve if you do not contact us about another location.

Any further requests you have for us will of course be welcome in the future, and the generosity you have shown with this agreement will of course be considered at that time. We look forward to further talks in the future.
