Bug:NPCs are standing still after mission starts.

Reproduction Steps:

Step 1 - Pick a Mission from Ruiz Base Omicron Beta
Step 2 - Go to the Mission
Step 3 - NPCs are standing still and not moving (GMG + Outcasts)

Additional Information: Pick a mission from Ruiz Omicron Beta (mine was from NPC in the bar to destroy Weapon Platforms). When you go to the mission, all the NPCs (even allies) just stop moving and sitting still (GMG + Outcasts).
