First of all, I would like to thank you for keeping Vermont on the defense alert. It really helps. I understand when you say that I should be careful when I mention that we are suspicious about the corruption of some Liberty Navy captains partnering with the Liberty Rogues. I know that this is a heavy accusation, but I want you to be sure that we are not accusing anyone of anything, but we are suspicious because of the latest events. Let's analyse what happened here.

We received an official transmission from the Liberty Navy mentioning that our installation is not listed on the legalized list of bases at the requisition center. We immediately contacted the requisition center and checked, then we found that our installation is legal, and paid all the fees and the taxes, but it seems that the Liberty Government didn't update the new name of the installation when it got changed. We sent a transmission to the Government mentioning that our installation had just changed its name and that, as it seems, they need to update their list.

Then we received another transmission from the Liberty Navy [LN] Admiral Sophia Cleveland that our installation is illegal and will be demolished, and that the Liberty Navy will force-dismantle the installation. We were shocked, actually, from that very aggressive move, especially that at the very same time, The Liberty Rogues decided to launch several waves of siege/assault on the installation after sending us a threat saying that they would siege/destroy the installation. We were confused and did not understand why the Navy would take such an exaggerated action against a civilian installation with a tiny, incomplete name-change paperwork at the same time, while it is facing a siege from terrorist groups of rogues.

We let it go and started preparing for defenses. We later received another transmission from Admiral Sophie Cleveland, taking two steps back, and postponed the siege declaration of the Navy against our installation, and replacing that by giving us 24 hours to repay 5,000,000 s/c again for re-registration at the Government Requisition Center, and also pay 20,000,000 s/c as a penalty because our papers were incomplete.

We found that still very aggressive and exaggerated for a tiny incomplete paperwork, but we also let it go and contacted the government requision center and paid the 5,000,000 s/c plus the 20,000,000 s/c and finished the required paperwork, and recieved a message from the Government saying that all papers and registeration documents are confirmed and that our installation is added properly to the list of legal installations at the Government Requisition Center.

The next day, the installation was shaken by another wave of attack from the Liberty Rogues, and we are now a legal installation that can call for backup from the law enforcers, so we fire this transmission asking for help. A SOS signal to all navy fleets so they can help us stop the rogue attacks.

Unfortunately, we received no response at all except from you. The navy didn't reply at all, and ignored our SOS for 9 days so far, while we received waves of siege attacks. We just added all that's happening next to each other and looked at the entire situation. We found that we are not feeling safe as a civilian business enterprise here in Liberty space. Actually, we feel that those who are supposed to help defend us are intentionally ignoring our SOS signal in the hardest times, while rogues are killing some of our civilians by bombarding our installation for 9 days in a row.

This is exactly why we felt very suspicious about the entire situation here, and we are discussing a migration away from the Liberty unprotected space. We know that the Liberty Navy is the law protector and the guardian of Liberty space and its population, but as it seems, there is something wrong happening. This navy should be defending the civilians and not leaving them to die under the attack of rogues like that, so forgive me when I talk about it. We are in danger and we do not feel safe in here.
