I'm sure you're duly aware of the tense situation over at our northern border. All of our forces are currently mobilised there to monitor Kusari provocations and prevent their local acts of terrorism. While Pennsylvania is within our protectorate, you'll have to excuse us for the lack of a response from the Navy or Security Forces. Still, I hope you accept my expressed disappointed to hear that our Police force - and the new Governor of Erie - aren't doing their job.

That is all I can say, I'm afraid. At the moment, you have better odds hiring a private military corp like the Aegis to protect your station, I can personally vouch for their services to be tungsten steel-strong, should they deem your offer worth their time.
