They say that Pennsylvania has gentler schools than the cut-throat Universities of Colorado or the provincial holes on Scottsdale. While I don't doubt that you've done well for yourself over the years, know that your assignments are about to grow more challenging. Our shareholders are a particularly exacting bunch, and we always aim to please.

As long as you apply yourself to your new duties as well as you have to the old, you won't have any problems from me. While we may not see each other much, seein' as you'll likely be posted to Cortez or Colorado, I expect to hear good things about your work.
