[Config] HPRL hardpoints aren't part of pimpship

Bug: HPRL hardpoints aren't part of pimpship

Reproduction Steps:

• Log a ship that has recently had it's light hardpoints names changed (Longhorn was where I noticed this)
  
• Notice most lights are gone
  
• Go to conn via NPC base
  
• Switch to shipdealer
  
• Type /showsetup
  
• Notice pimpship doesn't include the new light hardpoint names
  
• Am sad. So sad.
  

Additional Information: I took a look at ship on the desk, lights that were on old hardpoints were in cargo hold. My guess is all ships that have had lights on hardpoints renamed to HPRL## have invisible lights in their hold.
