It would appear nobody is interested in your offer. Here's a suggestion. I have a crack team that's able to get the base up within few days. But I'd have to pull them from their regular duties. So. The offer needs to be more interesting.

Make it 100 million and I'll bite. That should get the stone balls rolling. Make no mistake, ours are made of steel, but for you we can make an exception.
