Please don’t be offended, but I’m thinking of smugglers who would then be almost impossible to stop and could transport their goods unhindered. Or of pirates who could effortlessly prevent already vulnerable targets — freighters, transports, or liners — from escaping.
Although I am very interested in your project from a scientific perspective and can see many other applications for this technology, I also have moral concerns.
I am willing to help you develop the four beacons to protect your homeland, but I cannot promise to assist in building a ship equipped with an EMP weapon at this time.
