The Problem With Piracy

I have a way to fix it, I just never had enough in-game money to implement it
charging traders 10k per system visited as a cargo insurance, a discord bot will track players flying using player list to know where it started and when it ended the insurance purchased (already scripted, bot is in dse server and others that also supply with pob notifications of item stocks and other stuff )
If anyone is interested to give it a try and help me out(with credits ) let me know
this will make traders not having to risk everything during a pirate interaction,therefore not avoiding it

I can't say how many players care about this in-game money, but I personally don't care about these pixels, what matters to me is the encounter I have with either the Pirate or any opponent. As mentioned above, there are always these "Powertraders" in the game, so there are also the same amount of these lolwut Pirates who think they're going to get rich with it or just get a "blue" message because they had a shit day inRL.
