As far as useing salvaged weapons.

My stance is as follows. If it is in RP for that character; meaning that have a plausible preplaned reason for useing them, then it should be fine.

There are wierder things on this server than a Kith Som Taaw useing BHG turrets and Corsair cannons. (for example)

The examples I state are this. I'm not flameing, I'm useing these as real examples that ARE there and allowed to happen, that would equally baffle new players.

Britonia is friends with Mollies, and Outcast.

Outcast have a Britonian battleship, AND a Kusari destroyer.

The Lane Hackers have a Liberty Assault battles criuser.

These are just three non machine examples. I say if we as players must accept these RPs because, it is writen. Then this request to use drops is pretty small and why should we stand in his way. After all he does have all the same rights to make his mark here those other players did.

Yes there may be some confusion but, the community members will have access to the forums to PM him or research it. As we must all do when we go some where, which is every that is dictated by Someones RP.

We must all do our home work or not be so ready to file a report on a wierd ship. If there are misunderstanding PM the leaders of the group in question. There is no need to casturate this group before it gets going.

Fair point(s). I'm just raising these now so that it doesn't have to be brought up in-game later. Dialogue is an important aspect of the creation of a group, as you well know, and while this group does look interesting, this salvage thing has come up plenty of times before and causes all manner of trouble without ever being really clearly decided. He certainly has his right to make a mark, but not at the expense of others. When salvage starts extending to weapons (and ships) I get a little curious, considering how much grief is thrown around on the forums about certain ID's using their own ship line.

This is a feedback thread, not a "I think you're great thread". If I didn't talk honestly, why then I'd just be stroking egos, and I can think of at least FOUR other things I'd rather stroke than an ego. I have yet to castrate anything; how is it done? Will I need my Swiss Army knife?
