Hey future-me. I still can't believe it. We have actually done it. Our little legacy is so close, in our arms. A dream come true. When I met Amy for the first time, it was a leap into the unknown—a leap of faith. Some might have said that it was a mistake at first. Some said that it all went too fast, but I don't really care what others think. It was the best decision of my life. Is the path forward hard? Yes, it is. She takes up most of my strength since I barely sleep at night. Amy is an angel. Without her, I would go crazy.

Our little precious girl. Stakes are higher now for both of us, all of us. Chief Engineer and Chief Science Officer. Need to crank up my game. The old Lady needs to be in top form. For all our sake. If something goes wrong, it is on me. So it better not.
