My name is Pantalião Vascoguoncellos, Purchasing Agent for Bristol Constructions & Manufacturing.

Over the previously months, Bristol has operated the Oasis class Liner Tumu-Ra’i-Fenua, for both navigational surveys and the purposes of Search And Rescue. In truth, this purchase was spurred over the prior vessel used under that name, a Kin class, being unable to evacuate or tow the Acosma in Omega-11 before that vessel’s loss.

Now, I have been tasked with finding a suitable replacement to bear the name a third time. The Oasis is large for the task at hand, especially in regards to asteroid fields, and its systems are generally old and already replaced. To me, the "Palace"-class Royal Cruise Liner solves both of these issues, and is a direct improvement in other areas of concern. It has greater capacity, greater armor, a smaller profile due to more advanced and compact systems.

I have been informed, reliably, that you are in possession of at least one of these vessels that is not currently in use, and as such would like to purchase it as well as all pertinent maintenance documentation for future operations under the Bristol flag.
