Prezada Sr.ª Cross,

Thank you for getting back to me quickly. I know that this sort of requisition is unorthodox, but it is impressive nonetheless that the Director of Orbital Spa & Cruise would be so willing to conduct the matter personally. Of course, the Palace is a very fine ship, and the negotiations around such a ship are best done by those trust. Quem tem boca, that saying goes.

The OS&C|Royal-Aquitania would, it seems to me, be an ideal replacement for the current vessel; a new-built interior, not requiring the renovations to remove aspects more suitable for a royal liner than a working vessel for Bristol, is more than welcome. I appreciate the offer towards a discounted price in light of previous business between Orbital Spa & Cruise and Bristol also. While it is welcome, our engineers will be more than happy to look over proposals for improvement on engine thrust, though after conversing with Akutan’s engineering department I’ve confirmed that they would prefer modifications to the primary drive system to be performed in-house to ensure other aspects are not compromised by the increase in thrust.

As it stands, we are looking at a standard compliment of…
10 x Crew
40 x H-Fuel
03 x Marines

As to the offer of talks with the OS&C Interior Design Team, after confirming with Bristol Board members the majority of internal space for the OS&C|Royal-Aquitania can be left without modification for a more flexible mission range. Modules for SAR operations, as well as navigational surveys, can be installed at Bristol facilities. Installed, permanent decks are only required for command systems, personnel facilities, and engineering control.

Thank you for your time, Senhora Cross. I look forward to speaking with you soon.

Até a próxima.
