Bio long:
I was born on Planet Hamburg to my mother Gerda and father Horst, which both gave me a loving home and a straight forward Rheinlandish education. Growing up enjoying the peaceful times in the aftermath of the Colony War and bonding with other young Rheinlanders from Hamburg City, I`m to this day proud to call it my home.
My school years were rather uneventful and after my graduation I manged to find a part time job at a local distribution center for Republican Shipping. Shortly after my father Horst died during an accident with a malfunctioning Humpback freighter. We had little time to mourn this loss however as general drafts were issued due to the rising threat of a Liberty invasion of Hamburg. Togrther with most of my friends I was enrolled into the Battleship Westphalia`s Battlegroup and began training in Valkyrie fighter combat.
In late 817A.S. I saw my first assignment to attack a Liberty Battlegroup in Hudson which was about to raid the Hamburg system. Many more engagements followed until the overwhelming Liberty forces pushed through the frontlines and made a push for the Battleship Westphalia. We were trying to to hold the Line at the Jumpgate, as a news of the Westphalia`s destruction reached us. Though we fought the supirior Liberty Navy nearly to a stalemate, our battle spirit never recovered fully from that day.
After the Jumpgates were sealed off by the MND I was transfered to the Dresden system in an attempt to quell the rising Red Hessian opposition, our attempts proved to be inadequat however as a large Red Hessain force moved into the system and the battle for Pirna Border Station began.
We fought for hours against waves of Red Hessian fighters pouring out of the Walker nebula. At long last my ship was hit by multiple missiles and I was left injured and half dead in a drifting, radio active wreck. Luckily the valiant efforts of Daumann search and rescue teams payed off for me, as I was found and shipped back to New Berlin for treatment.
All this seems like an eternity ago. I had to spent a lot of time to regain my former agility and strenght and a lot of scars will never fully heal.
I had enough of fighting after this expierience and since I was no longer in a condition to activly perform duty I was dismissed from the Rheinland Military Service. Spending 2 years in medical treatment back on Hamburg, which was gladly paied for by the Rheinland Military veteran fond, I looked for work and found a group of Freelancer miners looking for a third man on their ship. I spent 5 years in the Omega 7 and Omega 3 systems freelancing for various corporations until I returned to Hamburg in 827 A.S. to take care of my mother Gerda.
I applied to an open position at ALG Waste Displosal and was accepted. Tasked with cleaning wrecks and debris from the fights inside Hamburg and New Berlin, I could spend my off time with my mother. Her health sadly worsened last year and she died in January.
So I`m left on my own and looking for an oppertunity to make a difference, as I walked by a RFP recruitment poster I started to wonder if that might be the right place for me to do it.
I sincerely hope you find my application suitable. Iam looking forward to hear from you.
