Zdravya zhelau, comrades.

During patrol duty, me, Lieutenant Gromov Gennady, found ship with callsign "dilo". It docked at Gorodok carry Fire Pearls inside it's cargo hold when we only departed from Gorodok, but I managed to make footages of scan it's cargo hold with transponder ID. We see it's necessary to lock Gorodok for that ship and eliminate it if anyone see any this transport vessel, "Series DL Border world transport" class, according to statement of Article 4 Section 2, Criminal Code, of Sirius Coalition Interstellar Laws. Bellow I have attached data from blackbox and footages from cameras. On first footage you can find cargo hold scan and on second one transponder ID.
