Me and Coalition Border Guard reviewed last reports about trespassers who has breach into restricted zones and managed to dock to stations in space of New Moscow, Omega-52. We came up to decision to make clarification order about how to use articles 4, 5 and 6 of Criminal Code in connection with new circumstances on practice.
CLARIFICATION ORDER № 00447 of 326.835
1. All vessels when crossing the 15 clicks perimeter from an objects (which mentioned in Sirius Coalition Interstellar Laws, Section 3: VISA), it is permitted to take immediate actions to eliminate vessel without explanations, if it is not identified as having access to pass in restricted zones.
2. All vessels who was noticed transporting restricted cargo (according to Sirius Coalition Interstellar Laws Section 2: Criminal Code) and tried to hide it in any way (for example, say that it is a different cargo) must be eliminated with cargo immediately without explanations, if after checking procedure authorities recognize cargo as restricted. In that case all ships must have special express test kits with purpose to check cargo on place.
