I see the Junkers as a big family with 'brother' and 'sisters' all over Sirius doing thier own buisness in general.
Perhaps some family branches come together and concentrate themselves to a very aspect like smuggling, slavery, pirate raid support, guard, arms dealer or whatever.
Unless there is a unique role-play idea like the good old Slaver Union i don't see the need for an common Junker faction.
I suggest the junker players should start with a rally point here at the forums to summarize all the events ingame - like the good ol' Zoners do.

I completely agree. Players can get together and form groups but there is no need for a "Junker" faction--as how RM plays the actual "Rheinland Military".
Every Junker factions should be just that--one faction or group out of all Junkers.
Some have interpreted the "Junker Congress" as an attempt to rule all Junkers. It is in fact a military-political party with ambitions to protect and help all Junkers--not "rule" them and certainly not make itself the "official" Junker faction.
In my opinion, no one has a right to steal an in game faction to create their own (apologies to those who already did ...actually I understand the house police/military angle is different in many ways).
Now I must go kiss a Xeno and hug a Hogosha after having agreed with Old Steel. :yahoo:
