I like this idea, but, rather than basing yourself on the Orbital Spa and Cruise Planets, why not attempt to cater to the Cruise Liners instead? That sounds like a little more fun, especially with bringing life to the ever-desolate Sigma-19 and Edinburgh. Spa and Cruise is a pretty niche faction, so limiting yourself even more might not be fun.

Well, i wouldnt mind an Orbital Spa and Cruise faction, however i believe it would lose thrust within a few weeks and die off, alot of trader factions dont last long.

Sadly, trader factions do tend to lose their luster fast. It's mainly because trading isn't fun. Ever. In my time here, we've had RepEx, then Gateway, which is still alive and kicking, the IMG, and the GMG. It's a shame that they're so shortlived, because there is so much room for RP in corporation traders.....

Trading factions often have a "Defense" arm. Repex did it.

You are thinking this through thoroughly. I like the general idea.

As far as I know, the Spa and Cruise Security Wing is rather small, since they don't really care what happens one trade lane down where the tourists are no longer their problem. It's your choice on whether to include it or not, but leaving it out is an option....
