Targeted advertisement: load complete.

Normally, advertisements aren't something people opt in on. Much less segregate to a separate, optional part of the local network, where they'd likely not find as many people browsing into that field of communications unless one was looking for something already.

But the new button might have caught someone's interest.
Or they fat-fingered it, looking for the usual button where ammo prices are on the drop-down menu.
A recording of an incredibly well-dressed man flickers onto the screen. He's got one of those low, raspy voices that tickle the ears in a good way.

"Do you have a grudge? Who am I kidding? Of course you do.
No? Then surely you have a problem. This message is a bit more targeted than most listings. Your average Freelancer likely won't see it, but you? You will.
You with your base of operations.
Ter-ri-to-ry or otherwise thing you gotta protect, like a convoy.
But something keeps getting in the way.
Well, have I got a solution for you."

The recording itself seems to be happening in a cockpit. A couple of smoking wrecks right outside that he turns the camera towards for a moment, before it re-centers on this man and his impeccable undercut style hair and well-kept beard.

"I'm sure you've your own security wings, but even the house police pay bounties.
So, Aren't you tired of posting specific bounties and waiting for some hunter to make it to yours?
Aren't you tired of waiting for some regular bounty hunter to pick up the slack?"

He gestures over his shoulder, for effect, the sparks of a fresh hull still sizzling away- huh, that looks like it's somewhere in-system to wherever the viewer is watching the ad from. Curious. And potentially concerning.

"And that's not all, you may be wondering why I'm advertising even in your space, (insert most likely faction name).
You see, just trawling house space for bandits really doesn't scratch this one itch I have so...
Almost any contract or bounty directed my way sir, madam and/or other is valid work here.
Looking forward to working for ya. Or against ya. You never know with these things.
For any other considerations, you'll find the details in the written partition after the video."

The video cuts, and a menu of of various services is listed, from hits on snubcraft, to gunboat patrol and escort duties. Seeing as it is from a bounty hunter, the information assures that even unlawful elements may contact this man for his services making the following information the most important:

[+]A few things before you hire
  • I don't do passive bounties and you need a job done, it's pretty simple.
  • In the case of 'Static work' such as patrolling or general bounties akin to security work for something static like a station or location, you will name the amount of 'general targets' or time until the work is considered done and whether or not you need anything procured from the targets, and how much.
  • For any 'escort work', you will list the start location and expected route and end point. Payment is per 'course'. If you're going from Rheinland to Gallia and back, a course is considered the furthest point on the route and another course per the return.
  • In the case of 'targeted wetwork' upon a specific named target, you will list target name, expected location and offered bounty. This service will take a shot at it and claim the bounty only if it succeeds.
  • This service does not guarantee success, but it will never betray your trust for as long as the job is considered 'in progress'.
  • As an addendum to the previous, specifically regarding 'targeted wetwork', this service usually makes singular attempts before aborting. Reasons for this includes: You (the employer) send the hunter (the hired help) against a specific target either too capable or with too strong backup. Hunter death. Hunter capture. etcetera. You will either receive a message from the bounty hunter in question OR an automated failsafe in case of loss of contact. But assume any such contracts to be more 'failable' than the other types.
  • In the event that you are someone whose companions might shoot at a known bounty hunter, it is your responsibility to keep the comrades you don't want shot at away, though if there are special considerations, such as taking a hit on a competitor within your own 'group', please be candid about considerations ahead of time, or they will get shot down.
  • I can also do reconnaissance or monitoring work, but please be aware that such contracts can yield no tangible results, and I will claim an upfront payment for such things.
[+]Applicable discounts
  • This service prioritizes a 'good fight' over mere profits. If you can reasonably give us a challenging hunt, we will discount you as appropriate, moreso than any other discount. This does not mean sending your hunter for hire against an entire fleet. Ridiculous assignments will run you an aborted job and a fee for dishonest conduct of at minimum 100,000 credits (Within reason, we're not about to engage things larger than frigates, and even those require special consideration, that's all).
  • Repeated customers get preference or discounts if the fights are satisfying, challenging or in defense of traditional classifications of non-combat personel such as station "civilians".
  • If you have their specific location
  • If you have an accurate headcount
  • If you make concessions to take the heat off of me in hostile space, if you and my affiliates are normally considered hostile

::For the thrill of the hunt::
