As per the suspicions, a terrorist attack transpired at around 1900 Hours on the 7th December, 835AS. The attack was repelled successfully with one casualty. Regrettably, the Minato has been diminished to an unserviceable state. A full investigation has been launched into the attackers and their seemingly Order origins, as well as a suspicious connection to possible Liberty renegades also involved in the engagement. A singular pilot was interrogated, their surrender accepted in favour over their demise. Callsign "Fusei" and "Ayakashi" are to report to their respective superiors for debriefing on their next assignments based on intelligence recovered on-site.

Miss Miyasu was on-scene herself to handle the matter personally, as well as the interruption of one State Police officer 'Oye', who seemed to interfere with the interrogation of his own volition. An investigation has also been launched at the discretion of the division into the reasons this officer was nowhere to be found during the incursion but somehow wormed their way into making themselves a nuisance during the aftermath.

All units are to be stationed on high alert for any more incursions. Patrols are to be increased three-fold and all borders to Kusari space proper are to be secured.
