Exmo. Sr. Wright,

Your engineering team arrived yesterday, and I’m quite impressed by their attitude and professionalism. Our own have been pushed hard to keep pace; I’m sure you sent no common team of specialists, and for that I’m more than grateful.

The known faults have been corrected and we’re currently performing a full inspection to ensure no other issues occur, along with internal tests for the corrected systems. I’m sure the known faults are more than common, but personally I would rather know that the system replacement was the correct fix than find that a system component short caused minor enough damage to one system or another over time, or some other problem that was upstream from our fixes. We expect the inspection and tests to take the better part of today.

I should let you know that a number of ships recently berthed at Baltimore - by one friend, they’re all freelancers, but it seems to me that they’re watching your engineers closely. No incidents so far, but if that changes you’ll be informed.
