House Space is defined by the server rules, not 3rd party tools.

I've just taken a look through the edits in the rules thread back to at least 2020, and Provence wasn't a Gallic core system then. I don't think it ever has been, all the way back to .86

It was "house controlled space" which gave it the same status as Tau 23 as a gallic border world, and the lore has also always treated it as a semi autonomous border world too.

The online nav map should obviously be accurate where possible, but Barrier has since left so I don't know if it even can be updated at this point.
