The ID used had the following law enforcement lines:
Within Zone of Influence (Gallia and bordering systems):
- Can attack ships considered hostile by Gallia.
- Can enforce laws within Gallia and Zurich.

Writing and punctuation is important, cause it leads to confusion. The text above is misleading as you have a colon followed by a list comprised of 2 points. It needs to be edited - i.e.:
Within Zone of Influence (Gallia and bordering systems): Can attack ships considered hostile by Gallia.
Can enforce laws within Gallia and Zurich.
OR
Can enforce laws within Gallia and Zurich.
Within Zone of Influence (Gallia and bordering systems):
- Can attack ships considered hostile by Gallia.


Currently having a colon ( followed by a list (-) is misleading, allowing players to interpret Bordering Systems as part of Gallia; therefore the player considers it is able to enforce laws.
What should be clear is the distinct separation between Gallia & ZOI; as the ZOI has a broader reach without the ability to enforce laws.
I am not defending anyone, I am just poiting out a little misunderstanding that has caused issues.
