Oh, Guten abend Herr Morgenstern.

This is- well, unexpected? Hm, Well, I suppose it is time someone else takes over some of the backroom work here, the skill could use spreading around, if nothing else a few cruiser or gunboat crewmembers could stand to know how to read incoming before the name shows up on the scanner... Not that we frequently run into cloaked ships but I have heard of such? I dread running into them...

But I digress. I have been experimenting a little in my down hours, not that I generally take a lot, but I have not had reason to- I like the digital puzzles I am given infrequently a little too much, so if you say you have another such puzzle for me- twice, even? I will be there at the earliest opportunity.

I have a... query regarding this ahead of time, I know the project is technically hush-hush but the syndikatsliga does not have a wealth of computer science technicians. Now, I imagine we would all be a little richer if we all knew a little together, but I will likely put together a group to help me sift through the digital scraps we can grab from Gallia, then. I imagine solving this issue first- or at least teaching some new workers how to handle the less wrench-and-spanner side of shipbuilding will equip us better to tackle this puzzle. So I was wondering if the research division had anyone better than myself at teaching someone the basics?

I am a-... I don't have confidence in myself as a teacher. A team player? Yes, but I.. Hm, well, I tend to derail conversations pretty frequently, judging by some of the more socially active arbeiters I have had the pleasure of working alongside.

It is a foreign language that I got lucky with. And since kernel-level software is another language to most, even if we all interface with computers on the regular with our terminals, a proper software engineer seems like a ~sauberer~, that is, a wizard, to people who have only passing insight. And if we can get a-, well, it is unlikely, but a xenoarcheologist who could work with us? Even with the sensitive nature of our work, I need at least someone who has some experience decoding unknown languages, I can see patterns in code but there has to be a better way to communicate with the G.A.I. that we could likely extrapolate beforehand. I imagine the solution lies in software. Broadcasting bogus code that shows intent rather than, uh, 'execute' intent, you know what I mean, I imagine.

As for the comms relay, we likely have hands- well, on hand. And the expertise to make such a thing, but I think we can, since you are letting me, take the time to make sure others can duplicate what we are doing here- at least given time.

But, hm, and I hate to imply that we cannot, erm, procure what we need but I there are a few outsiders who may be able to procure things we need 'legally'.
There are a few names that come to mind that I've seen on advertisement boards while passing through places such as Heisenberg recently.

Anyway I will head out once I have handed of my regular duties to someone who will be here for at least a while, if I am to head off to Zurich of all places.
Hm. Well, if you have someone to send ahead of time, I have a list of things they need to get familiar with they can pick up on the way over if they stop by Krefeld.

I'll be making a stop by the freeport over in S-15 to talk to someone first.
