Another long trip from Omega-55 today, I'd managed to get a run of guns down there on our maiden voyage. The UD sails like a wet dream and to be honest, the Z-line ships aren't quite what they used to be. Those subtle upgrades really still make it feel like the old ratty ships we're used too but with the updated nav data servers and the autopilot upgrades, she isn't too bad a boat.

Not all went well today, caugh one of my engineers talking shit in the cargo hold so had to put him out of my misery. Useless fat prick was a security light anyway, only worked when someone walked by. I guess I'll need a new engineers, might take a trip up up to Lieden and see some old friends in the Hackers, see if they got a someone I can rely on.

Well, I think that's it for my first journal entry since getting out and getting my new ship and crew sorted, finding the weak links etc. And goddamn is it good to be out!

Oh, note to self; find out who the coalition are. They're particularly hostile down there in the Omegas
