So ... this means that no more water and oxigen are needed? if not why you guys fixed the oxigen and water sellers? anyway ... the consumption rates are the same?

Numbers are unchanged, just instead of Water/Oxygen, bases just consume Consumer goods. Let's say instead of 100 Water, 100 Food, 100 Oxygen - you stock the base with 100 Food and 100 Consumer Goods.

Someone might want to adjust the OP to note that (like with shipyards) a POB must be Core 3 to build the new Weapons Component Factory, which can't be be upgraded to with holiday mode on.
