Zdravya zhelau, comrades.
I am informing you that on December 15, together with CORD, CBG, Ministry of Plenty, Ministry of Truth and High Command construction of a CBG Outpost began on Sirius Coalition territory in New Moscow at coordinates 7F. The CBG Outpost is currently operational and ready for use. This modular installation is designed to improve the work of patrol ships and CBG personnel. Its proximity to the jump hole in Omega-47 will allow for more effective interception of Sirius Coalition lawbreakers.
The construction and improvement of the modular installation's technical equipment will continue to expand the capabilities of our personnel. A storage facility for confiscated goods is already ready at the station, and another one will be ready soon by budgetary funds approved by Ministry of Plenty. Modular installation received permit from CORD will be listed in CORD registration list when their information page will be published for use. Ministry of Truth will provide necessary operations to make work of CBG on Outpost transparent and public for Coalition citizens. In accordance with the authority vested to me by the Sirius Coalition, a decision has been made together with Ministry of Truth and CBG to revise the statement of Clarification Order number 00447, in particular Article 2, and publish in new redaction.

1. All vessels which crossing the 15 clicks perimeter from an objects (which mentioned in Sirius Coalition Interstellar Laws, Section 3: VISA), it is permitted to take immediate actions to eliminate vessel without explanations, if it is not identified as having access to pass in restricted zones.
2. If after checking procedure authorities recognize cargo as restricted, all vessels transporting restricted cargo (according to Sirius Coalition Interstellar Laws Section 2: Criminal Code) must be forced to dock at CBG Outpost and perform unloading restricted cargo as confiscation procedure. Vessels which crew fail to comply authorities demands or show disobedience must be eliminated with cargo immediately without explanations. In that case all ships must have special express test kits with purpose to check cargo on place.
