Type: not Server Config
Bug: The evil Bundschuh terrorist faction doesn't scan traders nor asks for cargo

Reproduction Steps:
  • find Bundschuhs in DATA\MISSIONS\faction_props.ini and see no scan_for_cargo
  • find no Bundschuhs in DATA\MISSIONS\faction_scan.ini

Additional Information: @Alex. wasn't sure, whether is is intended or not.
