After some deliberation, we have come to the conclusion that we will need 15 engineers and 60 crew trained for the operation of these vessels. We expect them to be far away from our usual service points, thus staff requirements become an issue. I hope you can find space for our personnel in your training facilities. Additionally we will cover accommodation and lodging costs. We will reserve spots on Planet Manhattan, as it is close to your facilities. If you have any running deals with local conference centres, we have allocated 250,000 credits for said budget, and would very much appreciate taking advantage of any such relationships you might have.

By our estimations, that will bring the grand total to 3,750,000cr for the certification program and an additional 250,000 for lodging. Total cost 4,000,000cr. All that is left to do is arrange the dates for the certification and where to wire the money.
