The Sabre.

The Outcasts only VHF snub- Still my fav even though generations of Discovery de-valued it and Haste's eventual ruining of every ship class.

Hundreds, if not thousands of hours spent flying one forPVP(back when Discovery was PVP-playable) - Plus of course RP- accessible to pretty much everywhere
