It has been some weeks since my initial proposal regarding the Resolution Heavy Works construction in New London.

I am fully aware that the administrative work of the Kingdom is a challenge on its own. However, the industrial problems I mentioned in my previous message have not resolved themselves within this time and the demand for heavy industrial output continues.

The Thorne Industrial Group has kept substantial assets and personnel on standby in New London to ensure an immediate start to construction. Our workers are getting nervous in the meantime and are already looking for other opportunities.

We remain eager to serve the Crown , but we require your confirmation to unleash these resources effectively.
