Sehr geehrter Herr Meier,

as you probably remember, we met last week in ze orbit of Planet Stuttgart. My cruiser was on ze way home from ze Cologne system and we had an encounter after I inspected your station and kindly advised you to transfer ze fee for ze current quarter wizin a week. Unfortunately, to date I have not received confirmation of any transfer from you.
I zerefore ask you once again to transfer ze 500.000 sc by 23.01.836 at ze latest, in accordance wiz Article 7, §7.1., transferred to ze specified account.

I reserve ze right to take action, because ze one week deadline was missed.

We have also now revised production at Spandau Prison. Ze use of fuel for propulsion engines has proven to be efficient, but unexpectedly dangerous. Since I do not want to be responsible for ze deaz of our people or ze Rheinlander prisoners, ze rehabilitation measures have been adjusted boz organizationally and technically.
