Ritsuo Nishiki - Imperial Guard - Acting Captain of the IKN Reiwa

To our dear Bretonian friends,

Whilst the IKN-Reiwa repeatedly visited the Bretonian Kingdom already, both our Foreign Ministries seem to have missed handling the most basic paperwork. As acting Captain of the IKN-Reiwa, I wish to remedy this circumstance and ask formally for the IKN-Reiwa to be incorporated into the Kingdom's Foreign Warship Database.
