Biographical Segment:
I entered the world on Planet Pittsburgh in 800 AS - a year defined by chaos,
marking the start of the Colony Wars.
my childhood in the Boron-rich mining colonies came to an abrupt,
violent end in my early teens when a catastrophic explosion tore through the Deep Space Engineering contracted mines.
Although the official reports cited an "industrial accident", whispers throughout the colony blamed sabotage by Liberty Rogues or Xenos.
Orphaned instantly, I became a financial burden that my aunt as well as my uncle refused to bear. On a miner's salary, there was no room for charity.
They pushed me toward recruitment the moment I was eligible. I was shipped off to West Point Academy in New York, an abandonment that hardened I,
teaching me to view the Navy not just as a job, but as my only reliable family.
At the Academy, I ignored the allure of dogfighting, graduating top of my class in Supply Chain Management with the grim understanding that wars are won by fuel and ammunition,
not just ace pilots. As a Junior Logistics Officer during the Gallic Invasion, I earned my stripes countering the enemies brutal "Starvation Strategy", working tirelessly to keep lifelines open while the Betheny,
Carcassonne, and Embrun fleets tried to strangle the connection between Bretonia and Liberty.
My perspective shifted permanently during the breach of Magellan. Serving aboard a transport support vessel,
I witnessed the destruction of Freeport 4 and the slaughter of disorganized convoys by Gallic capital ships.
I survived the harrowing retreat to California, but the trauma instilled a new truth: efficient logistics mean nothing if you cannot protect the convoy.
In the wake of the ceasefire and the Treaty of Atka, Liberty faced a fractured geopolitical landscape. Following the destruction of the Alberta-Poole Supergate and the loss of the Battleship Yukon in 826 AS,
the Navy found itself critically short on experienced officers. Seizing the moment, I requested a transfer to Flight Ops,
carrying with me the callsign "Otter" - a remnant of my logistics days earned for my uncanny ability to "crack open" stubborn supply crates and navigate debris fields with fluid grace.
