Good day Captain Frei
I apologize for the delay to respond promptly as I have been occupied with surveys of the Omega 5 and Omega 11 systems. Myself with my crew where quite busy to acquire some highly sensitive information and scientific data for potential expansion and more discreet trading procurements. I do however highly appreciate you reaching out regarding my offer to deliver critical commodities to help the cause.

As per the previous transmission about the expansion plans I have overheard, I can not in good intentions state it as facts, due to the pilots being slightly, how can I put it, been well oiled with the local bar's liquid courage. It was just worth mentioning that the rumour is there, although I do believe myself that proof is in verifiable facts.

Then regarding your Solidarity Declaration
I have thoroughly read, and re-read the Solidarity Declaration and it is quite refreshing to encounter another captain that looks after the interest of his employees and crew. My own people will also verify that I believe equally that everyone should be looked after without any restrictions to or arising from any obscure monetary value. A happy workforce tend to give everything to the people that respect them and look after them. My pilots will fly into the first and last radioactive battle zone for materials that I might require, because they know I will be there to assist and lead them through, and also will take it upon myself to pay any price to have their backs when they need it. It is my obligation and purpose to carry them when they are in need, and thats exactly what I do. Without my crew, I am just a captain with a fleet and no one to pilot the vessels. Pretty useless to say the least.
And I fully agree with the contents. of the declaration and fully supports it. I am happy to state that I will sign it and that I will authorize my crew to assist you in any way they can when you need to do a formal audit. It will highly appreciate it if you can have the declaring and the distribution contract ready on hand when I reach Pacifica.

On the required materials, I have already dispatched some of my vessels to procure them from the respective suppliers and put the cost towards my personal account for the time being. The costs for the materials to be delivered will be as per the list from the top
