As it would appear the above cyborg failed to reboot, we've assigned the intern Hans to press the button. Thanks to his superior patriotic Rheinland muscles, he was moderately successful, and we're back in business in a limited capacity. Which basically means there'll be comms and a barge or two here and there with the occasional frigate flying around.
