To all personnel,

This dispatch is done in honour of those who have continued our struggle against the enemies of Rheinland. In honour of those who fought and perished in the battle of Vierlande Prison, and for the renewed zeal you have all shown in our struggle against the Coalition, the Stalingrad Orden is hereby rechristened the Vierlande Orden.

Additionally, the following servicemembers are to be recognized for their actions:

Fähnrich Otto Cilax, who is henceforth now elevated to Leutnant. They are also hereby awarded the Schild des Vaterlandes in Bronze, Silver, and Gold, the Yggdrasil Orden in Bronze, the Großkampfschiffvernichtungsabzeiche in Bronze, the Nachrichtendienstabzeichen in Bronze, and the Treueabzeichen in Bronze.

Korporal Sophia Wolf, who is henceforth now elevated to Bootsmann. They are also hereby awarded the Eisernes Kreuz, the Yggdrasil Orden in Gold, the Band von Korsika in Gold, the now rechristened Vierlande Orden in Silver, Überlegenheitsabzeichen in Bronze, the Großkampfschiffvernichtungsabzeichen in Silver, and the Aufklärungsabzeichen in Bronze.

Flieger von Hörsten, who is henceforth elevated to Gefreiter. They are also hereby awarded the Schild des Vaterlandes in Bronze, the Großkampfschiffvernichtungsabzeichen in Bronze, and the Treueabzeichen in Bronze.

Kapitänleutnant Reza Pash, who is henceforth elevated to Kapitän zur See. They are hereby also awarded the Eichenlaub, the Belagerungsabzeichen, Band von Korsika in Gold, the now rechristened Vierelande Orden in Silver, the Überlegenheitsabzeichen in Bronze, the Führungsabzeichen in Bronze, the Schild des Vaterlandes in Bronze, Silver, and Gold, the Yggdrasil Orden in Bronze, Silver, and Gold, and the
Treueabzeichen in Bronze.

Gefreiter Iris Edelhexem, who is henceforth elevated to Korporal. They are hereby also awarded the Treueabzeichen in Bronze, the Aufklärungsabzeichen in Bronze, the Yggdrasil Orden in bronze, the Band von Korsika in Bronze, the Großkampfschiffvernichtungsabzeichen in Bronze, and the Großkampfschiffvernichtungsabzeichen.

A ceremony will be held in New Berlin at the Ministry of Defence for these individuals, alongside me. Let their example lead you in spirit.
