You have brought a Barge that is a very slow ship into a home system of your competitor with no escorts and informed him that you bought the Niobium from another competitor POB that being BiaCris a IDF pob supplied by GMS miners.
Additionally Independent Miners' Guild Stellar Regulations state that any other vessels and mining operations will be driven away, and their illegally-mined materials confiscated. Saying that it originates from such a Installation makes your ship a violator of said regulations.

Now to respond to the allegations of IMG faction member mixing oorp msgs and rp msgs together. I do not see it. Looking at your DSAce logs I guess that it could be two things. Most likely that it was these lines

The Heavy Duck was referring to your keeping quiet. Silence as absence of an answer usually gets interpreted as a no.
Or were you confused by the RO: prefix used by the IMG ship.
To finish this off I do not appreciate your continued pm-ing of IMG’s faction member. PM stands for private message unlike regular local /system messages a player has their right to tell you not to pm him especially if you were to use that tone. If you wished to discuss Heavy Ducks actions you can always post here on the feedback thread or use the Discord. IMG has its own and also has a thread on the Official faction showcase finally My own DMs are open for such complaints. I might not respond immediately as my employment demands my full attention for 5 day a week with my off days being Monday and Thursday (I weep for a Weekend as my off days).
