In the past days I've been hearing clarifications on rules, not only on this topic, and I am surprised to see that even if they look fine at a first look, the clarification behind them leaves a lot of loops for people to use them to their goals. I was under the impression that everything should be done in good faith, but these loops prove the opposite, which may align with 1.0. Call me either a fool or naive.
