1. We've acquired the vessel from Planet Honshu and retrofit it according to Samura Industries standard at Tsushima Depot. We've also reinforced it with "Stronghold" armor plating.
   
2. We've acquired the commodities required for base construction:
   • 150 Industrial Materials (10scr) at Planet Carlisle.
   • 150 Super Alloy (30scr) at Scarborough Shipyard.
   • 100 Basic Alloy (5scr) at Redcarr Production Facility.
   • 100 Optronics (30scr) at Planet Honshu.
   • 50 Construction Machinery (8scr) at Planet Pittsburgh.
   • 50 Nanocapacitors (52scr) at Fort Bush.
   • 50 Oxygen (1scr) at Planet Curacao.
   • 50 Water (1scr) at Planet Curacao.
3. We've signed the contract for 200 base crews.
   
4. We've acquired the commodities required for base supplies:
   • 1,200 Food Rations (6scr) at Planet Cambridge.
   • 1,200 Consumer Goods (16scr) at Planet Carlisle.
5. We've acquired the commodities required for base repair:
   • 700 Basic Alloy (5scr) at Redcarr Production Facility.
   • 13,000 Robotics (8scr) at Planet Los Angeles.

We're soon to request the service of Risk Investment for the construction of the base. A note related to the base general information and the proposed location was attached with this transmission.
