We spoke outside of West Point yesterday regarding the previous owner of your Nightjar, and I was wondering if there was anything more you could tell me. Star Colonel Emilia Osorio the leader of the Legion's old special operations division, and as a result, there are a lot of people who might have wanted her alive or dead.

I'd also like permission to have forensics go over blackbox records and other systems. I know they're not likely to find anything after all this time, but it's still worth it a shot.
