Cannot log into a specific account for some reason. For a few days now. I suspect it might be connected to me switching between VPNs.

Some of the characters on the account:

Makoto.Niijima

Try now. There was nothing obvious our end but when that happens it is usually in an account with seven characters, try and move one out. Or if not give name of ship in another account and we can move one there - Tunicle

I don't remember how much characters is on the account, if I'm honest. And I can't check/move characters because I'm not even making it to the character list.
