Dear Inspector O'Sullivan,

I would like to invite your team for a final inspection of the vessel, all conversion work has been completed, albeit slightly behind schedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

We'd like to confirm that all previously stated work has been completed to a satisfying degree. Our engineers were also able to install a top of the line surveillance system so that any tomfoolery occurring across the vessel can be nipped in the bud. We thought your lot would enjoy this.

Depending on the outcome of your final inspection, we can have tugs arranged and ready to move the vessel from her berth in the next few days. With ownership, obviously, passing to yourselves.
