I'll answer any questions they have, but to be clear I will not be re-stating my full name to anyone other than the Buro's Inspektorat division and so on as you already well know why.

The simplest solution for entities jumping in and out would be to establish laws prohibiting unregistered use and begin there. Violators being subject to the devices' seizure upon entry.

However, for monitoring the entry altogether, we'll have to get a bit more creative. We've historically been experts in weapons & ship experimentation but radar detection has always been the LSF's forte.

I've contacts within the Lane Hacker Syndicate that may be able to either lease us the technology we need or help us to construct our own at some other expense. If the Lane Hackers were to lease us their own technology I'd imagine they'd want to have access to the data reception as well. Giving them the same insight we have through their technology. It wouldn't necessarily compromise our own national security unless they began to monitor other things like commercial/military traffic and so on - but it wouldn't sit so well with me either way.

I can either contact the Lane Hackers again, and offer up some bargain to help us develop and utilize our own unique radar capabilities or we can attempt to go about this another way. I'll leave the decision up to you.

I look forward to our meeting with the Rheinland Military officials, I'd like to talk about the GARMR project I've been designing for some time. I know now it has potential. We'll need to convince either the Bundestag, Rheinland Military, or Daumann's upper management independently to allow us access to Elbe schematics and funding to construct our own. I can sell the idea much easier to you than I can to them, if you're willing to hear me out.
