I will allocate any and all resources that you require to make full use of your contacts with the Lane Hackers to obtain anything that may assist us in developing our own Jump Drive program - they have been willing in the past to furnish a number of our ships with their SPYGLASS scanners, I am sure there is something that we have that they may want enough to assist us further.

With regards to the ELBE - the problem lies not in schematics access or facilities. During the war, the Schatten Drydocks hosted full operational capacity to construct and service the ELBE class. Under the Holstein Treaty, we agreed to a categorical arms limitation to the TIRPITZ class tonnage - the Imperials remain quite wary of our fleet capacity. We may be able to bring about some sequence of events to convince them to loosen this restriction. If they can be persuaded to fund construction, all the sweeter.

One of the Military Admiralty, Großadmiral Erich von Richter, is particuarly keen on adaptation of your NEUROTOXIN project to a more scalable production model.
