Greetings, fellow Zoners,

As some of you may already be aware, a few days ago Lane Hackers leaked a sizeable databank. The contents appear to be schematics and logs recovered from the IKN Niyodo, a vessel equipped with one of the first prototype Jump Drives.

We have secured an intact copy and conducted an initial verification to determine whether it was genuine or a fabrication. Fortunately, it appears to be the real deal. That said, our preliminary review suggests the system is incomplete: it may be capable of opening a rift, but the package lacks a critical component. Something required to predict the exit point and navigate within the corridor itself.

The implications are unprecedented. If this technology can be made reliable, it offers what Zoners have sought for generations: absolute freedom of movement. A functioning Jump Drive would allow even our slow, slumbering Nephilim-class vessels to reach new systems and discover safer havens without relying on hazardous jump-hole networks or the long vulnerability of inter-system travel.

To that end, we are dedicating the majority of the Corinth annex to this project, alongside a substantial portion of Kadesh’s laboratories. Livadia, Sparta, and Kadesh industrial capacity will be available to fabricate prototypes and supporting infrastructure. We are also assigning an Aquillon and its escort for live testing at a remote site, to be determined.

We know the road ahead will be long —and dangerous— which is precisely why the work will be centered at Corinth, where we can maintain security, resources, and oversight. Our convoys regularly traverse Sirius, and we will gladly help you make the journey—either by joining one of our runs, or by traveling alongside it. Our Bulwarks can provide support services for vessels up to freighter size.

Alternatively, we can help you organize an independent transit with a 500,000 SC stipend per group, enough to secure escort services.

We may not have the resources of the Houses. But we have always found a way to make progress with what we have.

We hope to see Sirius’ brightest minds at Corinth.
