LN jumps on Junkers due possion of corsair weaps

I have a mercenary armed with Corsair weaponry working for Liberty.
If I recall correctly, Proserpine also had some unlawful weaponry (Inferno).
Now, do these rules apply to me as well even though I'm killing tons of pirates every day or not?
I mean, you can't mistake me for a Corsair or something.
That character has a long story, that's one of the reasons it's keeping it's BSG tag, purely for tradition.
It also didn't change it's weaponry ever since it was made.

ah, but proserpine lost the inferno due to the TBF that ensued, whle he was working for the LN.

now, since he took a up a contract of a lump sum, to kill 3 LN bombers (which i completed), proserpine is on KoS again, and is now an unlawful merc.
